ADHD is about more than just focus; it deeply impacts how you process emotions. Coaching provides a safe, supportive space to manage overwhelm, handle setbacks, and build deep self-compassion.
With personalised strategies, encouragement, and accountability, coaching helps you recognise your strengths, move towards meaningful goals, and create positive changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

Within my work as a qualified counsellor psychotherapist alongside adults, children and adolescents, I started to notice a gap in support for neurodivergent people. When someone is diagnosed with (or starts to suspect they have traits of) ADHD, there's often little practical guidance on what to do next.
While therapy is invaluable for understanding the emotional side, it doesn't always deal with managing traits such as time blindness, executive function or organising your day. That gap is exactly why I chose to qualify as an ADHD coach as well.
I have an enhanced DBS check and professional insurance.

"Thank you for helping me reconnect with myself. I had lost sight of who I was by putting everyone else first. Sarah truly understood me and what I was trying to say. The sessions gave me protected time to focus on myself, talk openly, and reflect on my own process so I could work things through. I rarely make time to consider my own needs, but I’ve realised it’s okay simply to be myself. I now have a personal toolkit and practical solutions that genuinely work for me".
" I feel more at peace with myself. Coaching with Sarah helped me better understand my values and clarify what I want to achieve and when. It has changed how I see myself and created a real shift in my mindset. Everything feels more aligned, and I feel comfortable in my own skin".
